Sassy Water

Hello Friends,

I have been trying to get off of soda for months now and can't seem to do it. Then, I found this recipe for a tasty water that not only helped with my diet soda cravings, but also helps with digestion, belly bloat and flushing toxins. Want the recipe? Here it is.

Sassy Water

2 liters water (about 8 ½ cups)
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
1 medium cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
1 medium lemon, thinly sliced
12 small spearmint leaves.

Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher and let flavors blend overnight.

Drink the entire pitcher by the end of the day.

Mmm, tasty and sooo good for you. :)
